Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect emails from one email box to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the mailbox you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
